Senior Developers with Decades of Experience
We have turned to sharing what we've learned. For years and years, we've built custom software and databases, architected solutions, led teams across a variety of platforms and industries, and we just love Salesforce and Force.com.
While we still find time to build solutions and keep our hands dirty in the cloud, (take a peek at Outformations, Inc.) we now also focus on helping other developers learn how to best leverage the Salesforce.com Platform as a Service (PaaS) for custom application development. We've also spent years working with, presenting to and cultivating developer community, so it's pretty clear to us that we really like working with developers.
Senior Consultants and Curriculum Developers
Our team has grown to include consultants, support experts, advanced administrators, curriculum developers and end user instructors from the trenches of enterprises, SMBs and nonprofits.
If you're interested in exploring joining the team, send us a brief message to tell us a bit about who you are, and how you think you might fit.

CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORChuck comes from the trenches of enterprise Salesforce development. A developer and consultant on the platform for the last decade, he holds 22 Salesforce certifications. Entrepreneurial by nature, he took his most recent startup -- Valence — an ISV with a native integration product on the AppExchange—through the inaugural batch of the Salesforce Incubator.
First and foremost a technology architect, Chuck focuses on communication: between technical and business teams, disparate technology stacks and systems, different layers of an enterprise architecture. He is constantly innovating and pushing the Salesforce platform to do novel, clever things in real-world projects.
Having two professors as parents, Chuck comes to education naturally and even worked as an adjunct professor teaching graduate students at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
